    #17: One Thing

Colton Dixon and Jessica Sanchez song-shot
    [Featuring: Phillip Phillips]

    ~ ~ ~
Elise Testone just placed the plate of scrambled eggs on the table before settling down on her usual seat at the dining area. She eyed everyone and noticed that someone in particular is missing.
    “Where is Jessica?” Elise asked.
Everyone turned to look around them and saw no sign of Jessica around. Elise nudged Skylar on the arm. “Can you check on her? Maybe she’s oversleeping.” She asked.
Skylar nodded. “Sure.” She stood up and headed upstairs and into Jessica’s room. Skylar poked her head inside and saw Jessica’s petite frame curled up in the bed with her comforter wrapped around her.
    “Jessica?”
    “Hmm?” she answered.
“Why are you still here?” Skylar asked.
“I’m not feeling so well.” Jessica answered.

    #16: Love Remains The Same

A Justin Russo and Alex Russo song-shot
    ~ ~ ~
“I can’t believe you’re doing this to me!” Justin Russo yelled at his parents one Saturday afternoon. His shift just ended and Jerry and Theresa asked him to go upstairs with them to have a talk.
“You are going to college whether you like it or not!” Jerry protested.
“I am not going to college! It has been decided a long time ago. Even though I once dreamt of going to college, nothing’s going to change my mind anymore.” Justin said.
    “Justin, please—“
“This is about Alex isn’t it?” Justin asked, cutting Theresa mid-sentence.
“Apparently, when I hear my name on other people’s conversation, I know I have something to do with it.” Alex said as she descends down the stairs. “So, what’s up?” she asked when she reached the end of the stairs and stood beside Justin.
“Perfect. Just the person that we needed.” Jerry said.
Alex straightened, her hands on her hips. “I have a feeling this is a bad thing.” She commented.

#15: We're Not The Perfect Two

Sam Evans and Quinn Fabray song-shot
    ~ ~ ~
Quinn Fabray runs inside the choir room and straight towards the upper far right corner chair. She kept her head down, hoping that nobody will see her bloodshot eyes, red nose and tear strained cheeks. She knows some of the Glee club members’ eyes are planted on her but she doesn’t seem to care.
All that she cares about was Sam. Sam Evans. Minutes before Glee starts, Sam met her by her locker. A big grin plastered on her face as soon as she shuts her locker. But something was wrong…what Quinn’s expression is, was the opposite of what Sam has on his features. And this made Quinn frown.
    “What’s wrong?” Quinn asked worriedly.
“I’m not your boyfriend anymore.” Sam monotonously said as he started walking away. Truth be told, Sam didn’t want to break Quinn’s heart. He doesn’t want to see her cry in front of him, her heart shattering into pieces before his eyes. He just couldn’t take that all, that’s why he walked away before he witnesses all those.
“W-what? Sam, I don’t-I don’t understand.” Quinn said as she started following him.

    #14: Beautiful Soul

Sam Concepcion and Fretzie Bercede song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

“So, what exactly is your plan?” Fretzie’s ex-boyfriend, James Reid asked.
“I’m thinking of a candlelit dinner in the middle of a garden with petals blanketing the grass and—“
    “No.” James interrupted.
Sam’s head snapped towards him. “What do you mean ‘no’?” he asked.
“That idea is too overused. Try something new. Something that I think nobody has ever done yet.” James answered.
“Like what? What’s exactly in your mind? Do you have an idea?” Sam questioned.
“I’m thinking of something similar to a treasure hunt.” James responded.
“Treasure hunt?” Sam asked. “What’s the treasure?”
“You.” James simply answered. “You’re the treasure. She’ll go hunting for you.”
Sam grinned. He liked the idea James suggested. He’s pretty sure with that unique kind of courting; Fretzie will be his in no time. “I like it. I think I’ll go with that.” He said.

    #13: Superstar

Jason Grace and Piper McLean song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

This is wrong but I can't help but feel like
There ain't nothing more right, babe
Misty morning comes again and I can't
Help but wish I could see your face

Every morning when I wake up, the hope inside of me that someday I’ll see him in person never fades; eye to eye. I hope that someday I’ll see his smile that never fails to make me melt.
And I knew from the first note played
I'd be breaking all my rules to see you
Yes, I can disobey all the rules and curfews my parents gave me just so I can see him.
    You smile that beautiful smile
And all the girls in the front row scream your name
The television is my limit. I know that. Every time I watch your shows and talk show guest, I couldn’t help myself but get jealous and be envy at all those girls that get to see you in person. Those girls who get to see your knee-weakening smile; those who get to hold your hand; those girls who luckily catches your eyes even if they’re in a massive crowd.
And I couldn’t help but to ask myself: when will I get to experience those things?

    #12: Speak Now

Paul McDonald and Pia Toscano song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

“I am not that kind of girl, Haley!” Pia Toscano told her best friend as they were preparing for Paul McDonald and Nikki Reed’s wedding. The ceremony was private and the couple only wanted close friends and family to attend and unfortunately for Pia, Paul invited her.
“If you really love him, you’ll do it.” Haley answered.
“Well, consider this: if you’re in this kind of situation and Casey is the one who’s getting married, would you do that…that…thing you’re asking me to do?” Pia asked, as she remained seated on the edge of Haley’s bed and secretly cursing the invitation and the lavender dress lying beside her on the bed.
Haley thought for a moment. “Well…yeah. It’s because I really love him and because I have the guts to.” She replied, shrugging.
“Well, news flash! Ms. Haley Reinhart, I’m not you. I don’t have that kind of guts you have. I’m not going to embarrass myself.” Pia said.
Haley sighed and pressed her lips together. She kept on examining how gorgeous she looked on her bridesmaid dress. “Then you’re on your own. I’ve tried to help you through this but you never listened to me.”

    #11: Everything

A Colton Dixon and Jessica Sanchez song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

“Mom, I have to go back to church. I think I left my purse in there.” Jessica told her mother as she sat down at the kitchen stool and watched her mother prepare snacks for her little brothers and their friends who came over for a play date.
Mrs. Sanchez nodded. “Sure, but be back early. Deandre’s coming over remember? You haven’t seen him ever since he went to Florida to have that family vacation he’d always wanted.” She reminded.
Jessica laughed. “Of course Mom, I promise I’ll be home early. Besides, Deandre’s my best friend. I know that he’s coming back.” She said.
    “Okay then, off you go.”

    #10: What Makes You Beautiful

A Colton Dixon and Jessica Sanchez song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

It all started waaaaaay back in Detroit where the first day of our Idol Tour was held. We were already on the stage, prepared to do ourJust The Way You Are/What Makes You Beautiful group number. Hollie and I were on the top of the stairs. And when the lights went out, it was show time.
We started singing the intro and a couple lines before Colton emerged from the door singing and he stopped right in the middle of Hollie and I. We were singing the back up and towards the middle of the Just The Way You Are song, Colton tickled me lightly on my waist and it caused for me to turn around and smile at him. When we were nearing the end, I was left standing alone at the top of the stairs to prepare for our What Makes You Beautiful position.
“Baby, you light up my world like nobody else…” I heard Skylar sang.
“The way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed…” Hollie sang as she played along with Deandre’s hair.
“But when you smile at the ground it ain’t hard to tell…” Joshua sang.
    And the song went on.
That’s what we’ve been doing every night as we go across the country, entertaining people and our fans in every state. Then it suddenly came to the point where we only have five more shows to go and Idol Tour is officially done.
We were on it again. Preparing for that same number. It wasn’t getting boring, honestly. Even though you’re singing the same songs and dancing the same choreography over and over again or wearing the same clothes over and over again, it doesn’t get tiring because every night is a different night, different energy, and different crowd. Sometimes we change minor things on our songs and dance routines but the crew doesn’t care about it. It’s our way to fun things up even more.

    #9: Next to You

A James Reid and Fretzie Bercede song-shot

    ~ ~ ~

“Everybody, please calm down!” Mr. Cruz yelled as he entered the room and saw the whole Music class started to go wild; papers flying everywhere, pencils as well, non-stop shouting and occasional cursing coming from the students’ dirty mouths, and chairs had also been jumbled up and not aligned.
Hearing the teacher’s familiar squeaky voice, the class stopped whatever they were doing and turned to look at the teacher, who’s already settled down and staring at the whole class from his oak desk.
“Since you’re all so noisy and childish when I walked in the room, I’ve got a big project for all of you.” Mr. Cruz announced.
“Whaaaat?” all the students complained at the same time.
“Yes, I am serious. Do I look like I’m not serious?” Mr. Cruz asked as he pointed at his face.
The group of boys from the back snickered at the teacher. “Yes, if you don’t have a face of a clown.” Ivan Dorschner whispered to his friends, causing for them to laugh louder catching the teacher’s attention.
“Ivan, James, Patrick; care to share what’s funny?” Mr. Cruz asked.
James was the one who spoke up. Everybody knew their Music teacher is gay and he loves to play around with boys especially in this class. James’s friends also knew how the teacher secretly loves his Australian accent. “Nothing, sir.” James said making sure his accent is strong and loud.
Mr. Cruz softened a bit. “I’ll let it pass…this time only.” He spoke.
And it caused for James’s circle of friends to chuckle.
Mr. Cruz stood up and started walking around the class. “As I was saying, the project requires creativity and, of course, music. In one week, starting from now on, you’ll be writing your own song and on Monday, next week’s Monday, each and everyone of you will have to perform it.” Mr. Cruz announced.
